We serve all areas of Greater Noida including Gamma 1, Gamma 2, Delta 1, Delta 2, Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Beta 1, Beta 2, Knowledge Park 1-5, Bennett University area, Sector 36, and surrounding localities.
We operate 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Pickup slots are available from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM in 30-minute intervals.
Orders & Pickup
You can schedule a pickup directly from our homepage, or from your customer dashboard after logging in. Select your date, time slot, and service type — we do the rest.
Regular service takes 3–4 days. If you need your clothes urgently, our Express Service delivers within 24 hours at +30% of the order total.
Every single garment we receive is tagged with a unique QR code that links to your order. This means zero mix-ups — your shirt cannot end up with someone else because it's tracked individually throughout the entire cleaning process.
There is no minimum order value. However, free pickup and delivery applies to orders above ₹300. For your first order, pickup and delivery are free regardless of the amount.
Membership & Wallet
You recharge your Urbanfold wallet with a chosen amount (₹2,000 / ₹5,000 / ₹10,000) and receive a membership tier (Bronze / Silver / Gold). Your discount is applied automatically on every order until your wallet balance is used up.
Yes! Your wallet balance (including cashback) is applied automatically on every order. You can use membership discount and wallet cashback on the same order.
You can recharge your wallet anytime from your dashboard to continue enjoying your membership benefits. If the wallet runs out during the validity period, the discount benefit pauses until you recharge.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Razorpay, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, debit cards, credit cards, and Urbanfold wallet balance.
Yes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Urbanfold never stores your card details.
